Whilst we endeaver to always deliver on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery of your carpet tiles, and recommend that you book your fitter at least a day later than your expected delivery date.

Colours could vary slightly, depending upon your computer screen, whilst we endeaver to be accurate, we will not be liable. It is always advisable to request a sample to help make your choice. Should you not be delighted with your carpet tiles for whatever reason, we will be delighted to exchange them for you.

You will need to return them to us, at your expense and choose a suitable alternative. We cannot refund carriage charges under any circumstances. A proof of purchase will be required and they will need to be returned in the condition they were dispatched.
